Adjustable Memory Foam Pillow The fill is made of a blend of chipped memory foam and microfibre with a bamboo blend cover. 1x Standard Pillow 48cm x 73cm + 1x 250g bag of extra fill Tummy sleepers can remove the fill, while back sleepers with smaller frame can use the pillow as it is. Larger framed back & side sleepers can add some extra fill to give you a higher and firmer pillow. Outer cover machine washable – inner pillow is not washable, we recommend regular airing in the shade. Do not expose fill to direct or indirect sunlight. Made in China.
